·         Flushing.

·         Headache.

·         Edema.

·         Palpitation.

·         Postural hypotension.

[B]GIT effect:     

·         Nausea,vomiting,constipation.

·         Gingival hypertension.

Indications of Amlodipine:

1)      Hypertension.

2)      Angina.

3)      Migraine.

4)      Cardiomyopathy.

5)      Raynaud’s phenomenon.
