Principle:

1. -          Maintains the metacarpophalangeal joint in 9  flexion and interphalangeal joint extension.

Indication:

1. -          Ulnar claw hand.
2. -          Total claw hand in case of medial and ulnar nerve injury, as in Hansens disease.
